Hard marble sized lump in vagina, any advice of what it could be/ caused it?

Hi i am a 26 year old lady with 3 children the youngest of which is 4 months. For the past few weeks I've had bowel movements there have been a few spots of blood upon wiping. I haven't really strained whilst passing the stool nor has the stool been big or overly hard and painful to pass. But have felt as though I haven't had a full bowel movement.
After I had a bowel movement today when I wiped I felt slightly tender around my vaginal opening. Upon further inspection I discovered a lump just on the inside of the opening to my vagina which is on the wall between my anus and vagina. I also have been experiencing sharp pains every now and again in the same area but the last time I felt the pains was weeks ago before I discovered the lump.
Also the lump is more prominent after a bowel movement.
Do you have ideas as to what it could be/causing it?

Many thanks
