swollen, itchy labia

im 20 years old and ive been having recurring itchiness and swelling of my labia. i thought it was a result of sex, but recently my boyfriend has been away and im still experiencing discomfort. there are cuts between the labia minora and majora, but i dont know how theyre being caused. and my inner labia are really swollen and sensitive. ive been tested for all the stds including herpes and i dont have anything. ive been putting neosporin on, which helps a little. im wondering if anyone has any ideas about what might be causing the cuts or the itchiness and swelling...

you might have a yeast infection. When mine was swollen the dr. gave me a yeast infection cream..you might want to try that...

I agree, sounds like it may be yeast. Do you use pads? Sometimes they have rayon which can cause an allergic reaction, which is the worst place for that to happen.
