I have a cluster of lumps on my vulva

I am 23 and a virgin. Never have had any sexual contact even oral.
Three months ago I found two small fleshy growths between my urethra and vagina opening. I went to my local doctor and he said that it looked like cysts but to keep an eye on them. I went on vacation for two months and now that I check again, there seems to be a cluster of the fleshy growths growing and the original ones have grown. It seems to be spreading to the side of my vulva and vagina opening but not inside my vagina at all.
It kinda looks like genital warts, but I've never had any kind of sexual contact whatsoever.
I'm kind of freaked out and will appreciate any help you can give me!

Hi,
Well, you don't have to worry about genital warts if you've never had sexual contact (vaginal, anal, or oral) with another person. Genital warts are spread by skin to skin contact, from one person to another usually during sex...
It would be a good idea to speak with your doctor again; explain that the growths (cysts?) are spreading and that you are concerned about them. The doctor will probably have you make an appointment for another pelvic examination soon. Meanwhile try not to panic, most cysts aren't serious, and can easily be treated if they become bothersome.
