Red lump besides my clitoris

Hello, I really need help, I've been trying to treat yeast infection for the past week, looks like internally I have no issue, even tho I must still have discharge as I could see whitish discharge around my clitoris. So today, I came back from work, sat on a sofa to have a cuppa and I had a sudden itch near my clit, I immediately went to have a shower as I decided its just thrush symptoms. However I found a massive long-ish raw red swollen lump/bump right where it felt itchy which is a side to my clit going downwards. It doesn't seem to be going down but its bit itchy or painful anymore. Sorry if I come across disgusting. I'd appreciate any advice! I can't get in to see doctor this week.
