Help please

I have been having pain on my left and right ovaries. This morning the pain isn't too bad.. Yesterday it hurt to walk,  stand up  or to breath in deep... My  breast  are hurting and I haven't been able to have a  BM.
I was doing some research about  ovary cyst  And I found that they can't do anything for you if I go to the ER. Would this be more then just an cyst? Would I go to the ER?

I had two ovarian cysts that were removed, one of them was 9by9 cm and get cyst now and again but haven't needed anymore surgically removed. I also have had pre cancerous cells and again it turned out fine. You will need the precancerous cells treated which take about 20minutes and it's just a simple chemical that they use. Quick and easy but feels embarrassing getting it done. Don't worry about it. If you have a fever or feel nausea when having the pain and it gets really bad. Go to your local hospital as pelvic inflammatory disease or burst appendix could be the causes.  Constipation and trapped wind can cause a lot of pain and it can be mistaken for more serious issues. Drinking warm water is good for getting your bowels moving and eating vegetables more. I don't know what age you are or what weight you are it is normal for ovaries before period and during ovulation to give some pain now and again. I Hope your ok and you get well soon. Take care

Thank you!
My pain today isn't too bad... Yesterday was bad..
I'm just nervous because I haven't had a Pap test done in like two years and the last time I did. They had to do a  biopsy of my cervix and they said it wasn't cancer and that is was pre cancerous. And I haven't went back due to no insurance.
I try to drink water as much as possible.

Hi it's normal to feel pain on either side at times but your thinking you might have a cyst on both ovaries which can happen but wouldn't need surgery or treatment unless they became very large. You can go to your doctor and explain your symptoms and they would examine you and send you to ER if it needed emergency removal. Your pain could be your appendix and that can burst which would be more dangerous and need immediate attention. Ovarian cysts get reabsorbed by the body most of the time so it's only the large ones that need to be removed. Please go to your doctor to get a diagnosis and if the pain gets worse got to hospital straight away. Take care
