Hormonal changes in women under 30

Hi everyone, I just have a question about hormonal changes in women. Here's a little background:
I'm 28 (I'll be 29 in May 09), about 1 1/2 months ago I started experiencing some odd changes that have me scratching my head a little. At the beginning of Jan I started breaking out with multple types of acne (blackheads, whiteheads, rosacea and cystic etc), I've always had a breakout here and there but nothing like what is going on now even when I was a teenager my acne was never even close to being this bad. Theres been no change in my eating habits or stress/anxiety level that would lead me to believe that those things could be causing this. At about the same time my face started breaking out I started having sensitivity in my right breast. Its like a stabbing pain around my nipple if I touch it, it comes and goes and isnt constant (I've never experienced this type of pain in my breast before). Last year I was diagnosed with insulin resistance and I've been struggling with weight gain ever since then. Because of the changes thats been going on lately I've been paying more attention to some light pain in my lower ab area. I described the pain to my cousin and she suggested that it could be small cysts popping, but the pain isnt bend over crying pain, I feel it, it lasts for a few minutes then goes away. I do have several family members with endometriosis and although I've never shown the signs of having it and my gyno has never said anything it still makes me wonder if there might be something else going on. I will be seeing my gyno in a couple of months for my yearly but I just wanted to see if anyone else out there maybe had simliar or other strange things begin to change with them when they approach the age of 30? Could this all be normal or could there may be something else going on...You thoughts are greatly appreciated
