STD symptoms .. but Doctors say Im OK?

I am seventeen years old. Last year in February,  I had unprotected sex. About five days later I started to have  this really bad itch and my labia would swell up .. Then I started to have this milky foul smelling watery discharge that would SOAK my underwear. I asked the guy if he had anything he said no , but he did have a discharge but Doctor said he's OK. The discharge would often have this small or even at times clumpy soft-like particle that would come out .. Me thinking its a yeast infection ( listening to some adults)  went to go buy 3 day Monistat. It did not work. About two months later,  I decided it was time to go to the Dr. She did a pap and told me that it was messy in there and she saw some yeast like particles. She prescribed me Difucanzoule , but because of the watery texture of the discharge she went ahead to do a test on Gonorrhea,  Chlamydia, and Trich.  My test came back negative .The medicine did not work,  so trying to seek advice .. I turned to a close friends Mom and she suggested that I took 7 day Monistat cause at this time the discharge wasn't as heavy as before but it was yellowish , like a highlighter. It smelled like fish / nail polish remover. So I took the Monistat,  no luck with that. So then August came and the discharge had turned to a brownish color / dark green.  I went to my primary doctor and during the Pap she told me it was messy,  greenish color,  and my cervix was angry ( inflammed) .. My mother wanted me tested for HIV so I did a blood test. Dr tested me for Chlamydia,  Gonorrhea,  and BV .. and prescribed to me Suprax,  Metrondizole ( gel)  and Azinthromycin. My cycle came down while I was taking the gel,  but I followed the instructions and kept taking it. But none of the medicine worked and once again my tests results came back negative. I had slight pain in my lower abdomen and one day the pain hit me so hard, I was yelling bent over holding my stomach. In January I went to the OB/GYN she swabbed me and my tests came back negative. I keep telling her something is wrong,  but she keeps telling me ' nothing is wrong with you ' . I asked her if nothings wrong when will this STOP and her response to me was it may never go back to normal . Ugh ! My discharge now isn't heavy .. but once in my underwear its a little sticky but its still a brown / greenish color and still has a foul smell but not as strong as it was before. The discharge doesn't flow out as it used to either , but if I put my hand down there and swipe or put in its a little loose discharge still milky but in underwear brown. I don't understand what is wrong. Something must be wrong! And I'm afraid having this problem this long will affect me having children in the future, if I don't find out. HELP!

I just got on birthcontrol ( shot ) a month ago .. I don't understand why it started itching and swelling if it wasn't an STD. It may just be that my PH balance is thrown off. But could sex really affect that?

Are you on any birth controls? Because my Mirana causes me to  bleed every once in a while with a lot of discharge, making it weird colors.  Also have you tried fixing your PH balance? Your vagina is suppose to clean itself, yes, but if the balance is off, it can cause smells, try going to a store to get a wash but without a scent and also get douche. I was smelling bad for a month and so my mother recommended I do that and it helped. Several days later, the smell was gone!
