Pus under skin around vagina

I had extreme itchiness around my vagina that had a lot of dead skin around it. So I scratched and it got more painful everyday and now it hurts all the time even when I'm not touching it. I dont even want to go pee, it hurts so much. I got relief from vagisil. But it just stops the itchiness. It does not heal the skin, which now is very red with small indents and mostly filled with pus. Can it heal itself? What do I do?
