Spot of blood on my pantyliner, what could be the cause of this and is it normal?

After work today, I went for a half hour run/walk in the park. Came home with intention to shower. While getting undressed I noticed a tiny spot of blood at the center of my panty liner.  This has never happened before and I am 25 years old. I investigated and scrutinized just to make sure it was blood not discharge. It was soo small only a fraction of a pennysize.

My period isn't due yet. I usually have an irregular one so a normal cycle for me would be every 50-60 days. I also have Poly-cystic Ovary Syndrome. I haven't done any strenuous activity in a while. I was wearing a waist trainer earlier but took it off before I left work. I've never heard of waist trainers making people bleed.

I don't know if I should be worried and I also don't know why this could happen. Any information you can share with me until I get to the doctor? Is this normal?
