Could I still get pregnant?

In mid January I had a terminated pregnancy and the doctor told me I had a higher chance of becoming pregnant within six to eight weeks afterwards. I was then put on the pill and took them relatively daily. I did skip two or three throughout the first cycle of pills and when we would have sex he would "pull out." This month I skipped a pill or two again on accident and then hadn't taken one in a few days. This past week during sex my boyfriend ejaculated inside of me without protection, and then again the next day. The following day, I started bleeding. I do not know if the bleeding is from skipping the pill or if it is my period? Also, can I still get pregnant from this?

I honestly don't know what bleeding early will do to you.  There is a possibility that you may ovulate twice or you may not get your period on time or at all this month.  Couple questions.....when did you get your first period since starting the pill? and when are you supposed to have your next one?

You can definitely get pregnant if you skip pills. If you miss one, take it as soon as you remember even if that means taking two in one day.  If you miss 2 in a row take those as soon as you remember. Say you miss mon and tues and remember on wed. take those two on wed, then take wed and thurs pills on thurs to "catch up". Missing pills can and usually does make you spot or start early.  This can make your cycle unpredictable and hard to regulate. The directions say that if you miss one, you do not need a back-up method of BC.  If you miss two or more, you need to use another method, preferably a condom.  I really hope you are not pregnant again because I have heard that terminating a pregnancy is really hard on you physically, emotionally, and mentally.....I hope everything works out.  If you have any questions about your BC, ask your healthcare provider and make sure you understand.
