How long does it take for a first degree tear to heal?

I am 21 years old and a few days ago, after a very long ride with a horse who didn't behave well a had a swollen vagina. It hurt but it was oke, just swollen mostly at the fourchette. The day after I had sex with my bf. He was very gentle and it didn't hurt (I even orgasmed). The days after however my vagina stayed really swollen and hurted like hell. So I went to the gynecologist and he told me my vagina was teared to my fourchette (after reasearch I think you could compare it with a 1ste degree tear like after giving birth). I also had a yeast infection and the mycosa was completly damaged because I apparently have had an allergic reaction.

Now I had to take medicin for the yeast infection en put daktacort on the fourchette twice a day.

Does anyone have experience with a tear like this? Does the mycosa of the vagina heal fast? How long would it take to heal? When could you have sex and were there any problems?

Thanks!
