Why am I experiencing tragic hair loss?

Do I have a hormonal imbalance? I am an 18 year old girl stuck in the body of a 10 year old girl. When everyone was going through puberty, I wasn't changing. I did get my period at 12 years old, however my boobs have never grown my entire life as well as my hips. I mean never, I have no bit of curve on my body and it makes me extremely upset because I will continually get bullied over it. I have a skinny, hairy boy body and though I try to love myself I still wake up every morning feeling uncomfortable in all of my clothes. I am also experiencing MAJOR hair loss. I have bald patches all over my head and it has only been happening for the past year or two. I have seen doctors for my hair and no improvement. No, no diet changes/tragic situations, nothing. Haha, I feel like I have some sort of rare condition because I still haven't seen anyone dealing with what I have been.... Also I have very low sex drive. I just wish I could find answers!
