help!!!

so i havent had a period in almost 6 months. i had the Implanon birth control in my arm for three years, it was taken out in Febuary of 2015 and i imediatlly started taking the pill again and i eventually switched to the patch but i stopped all birth control in September when my fiance and i decided we wanted to try for a baby. i stopped having a period this past January and ive been to the hospital with severe abdominal pains but they did blood work and they did a vaginal, pelvic, and uteran ultrasound on me and they said all my female organs look good and that there is no sign of cyst anywhere but that was also all done at the hospital and they told me to follow up with me gyno bc they didnt have an answer on my missed period. please someone help.. i really want a baby and i dont know whats going on with  y body its very scary when doctors cant tell you whats wrong.

Have you been to a gyne yet? This isn't the kind of thing that can be diagnosed on a message board. You really need to go see an ob/gyn for a thorough evaluation because that's their specialty.
