Problems with ovary or bladder

Ok, so I have been suffering from lower abdominal pain, it's on and off and a dull sharp pain, it's more uncomfortable than painful actualy... I find it hard to describe! It's main over my bladder and to the right. I have had a few times off suffering from nausea ad lost appetite. I have had a urine test which was clear for infection and an ultra sound which was also normal apparently. Sometimes I then the discomfort may come on more with anxciety of needing to go to the toilet, I'm worried about holding it in so I think it makes it worse...?
I also suffer from bloating a lot.
Sometimes the sharp pains feels like it travels right down the public bone to my vagina.
I have suffered from similar problems a year and a half go but again ultra sound was clear.
Doctors wants me to see if pain goes away as he has no answers but I can't stop thinking about it!!
Can anybody help....!

CAWP  ( chronic abdominal wall pain)  is hard to diagnose. The nerve pain can cause bloating and severe pain similar to an ovarian cyst..lower back pain  etc.. You will have a very small tender spot  1-2 cm
If you google Abdominal wall nerve pain you will get some imformation
I searched online for over a week, trying to find out the source of pain
no where did it mention the nerve of the abdominal wall could be a source of pain in my lower right side.
I was lucky enough that my doctor sent me to a surgeon instead of a gynecologist or I might still be looking for answers

omg, I have the same symptoms!  I have been to so many doctors and all my test come back normal.  But I have the lower pelvic pain and it feels like the pain goes right down my pubic bone and along the right side of my labia area.  Ive been to the urologist had a cystoscopy done and that was normal, had ultrasounds done and they only found a few small cysts, but said that they shouldn't be causing me that kind of pain.  Im kinda at a loss, my doctors say im a mystery.  I do suffer from IBS have since I was 16, but this pain just started within the last six months.  If you get any answers I would love to know!

I just want to say that maybe you should read up on Interstitial Cystitis.  I was recently diagnosed after a cystoscopy. I went for years dealing with Endometriosis and ovarian cysts, then I mentioned to my gyno during my pre-op for my 2nd lap about the urgency to urinate and so he did the cystoscopy.  Thank god he did!  It's not something you'd want to have, but I'm thankful I have an answer.  It might not be what you have, but worth reading about, just in case.  Best of luck to you!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Most of your investigations have come out normal. In that case, it is important to rule out irritable bowel syndrome.
Common symptoms include abdominal cramping or pain, bloating and gassiness, and altered bowel habits(alternate constipation and loose stools).

Irritable bowel syndrome can be a very difficult diagnosis to make. IBS is called a diagnosis of exclusion, which means that a doctor considers many other alternatives first, perhaps performing tests to rule out other problems.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
