I have continuous UTI symptoms?

In October i had a UTI and yeast infection at the same time and i went to planned parenthood for treatment. I received 1 pill for the yeast infection and i took 1 pill twice a day for 3 days for the UTI. My symptoms went away for both infections. Not even 2 months later in December i started having UTI symptoms again. I went to planned parenthood and they told me i had no sign of infection in my urine and the UTI was probably passing. However, i was still experiencing symptoms so i went back a second time and they found a small amount of infection and gave me the same medication and dosage as the first UTI in October, IM STILL HAVING THE SAME SYMPTOMS! I’m having frequent urination and abdominal and back pain, no burning or blood in my urine. Recently i’ve been having more frequent bowel movements then usual, also gas and brown discharge, i’m not sure if they’re all related. I’ve been on birth control for 4 months and i don’t take the placebo pills so i haven’t gotten my period in 2 months. I also tested negative on a pregnancy and std test. Please help me!
