Back a hundred years ago I was dating this guy.. I was young and honestly thought about him constantly. Guess I was "clingy".. And like your situation, he just pulled away and was treating me poorly. This just broke my heart, for a while. Then I decided taht I needed to be ME and do for ME. So I threw myself into my job and my friends and before long I wasn't thinking of him at all. And wouldn't you know it, he noticed my independence and all of a sudden he was CHASING me! Too bad for him though, that this made me realize that I not only didn't NEED him, but I didn't want him anymore. He let me know taht he was a butt and I deserved better than that. I met Mr. Right 2 months later and January 15 will be 18 years of no regrets!
Just hoping you'll look at the big picture. You only get one life and you are worth WAY more than a guy that won't return your calls. Mr. Right may just be a couple of months away!
Best of luck and I hope this helped.

I agree with the advice to have fun, but I don't agree that the best way to get a guy is to play games. I think it's better to work on your own sense of self and independence, and try to always base your relationships on honesty and trust. You'll have healthier relationships and be stronger and more emotionally healthy in your own self. And I definitely think you'll both be a lot happier in the end, and you'll always know where you both stand :-)

It's hard to say whether his reaction was justified. If you had longstanding plans to do something, and/or he just never showed up, that's one thing. If he called and said that he wanted to hang out with his friends, and you didn't have something particularly special planned together, that's totally something else. He deserves time to spend with his friends, the same as you. I think it helps to sit down and clarify how you want the relationship to be, and how much freedom and independence each of you want and need to have to be happy. But in the meantime, what to do really depends on how the whole situation happened. If you call too often, you could be perceived as clingy. If you don't call at all, you could be perceived as uncaring. That's why I think honesty is always the best way to go :-) If you feel sorry, then I'd suggest just leaving him a voicemail saying you're sorry, and ask him to call you when he feels ready.

In my experience the best way to get a guy is to blow him off and get the upper hand. When you seem to interested they don't so. Just make your own plans leave him alone and even if you are sitting at home waiting for his call don't ever let him know that. Play really hard to get and act like you life is faboulous even if ir's not. And have fun life is to short.

I am sorry to hear that he is blowing you off.. However this is a womens health room and i am not to sure if this is the correct forum for this ??.  However i would try one more time to call him and see what happens.  IF he does not call back then move on

good luck
