Pregnant on the pill??

I have a pregnancy question ;}
I miscarried after an accident at 3 months preg in october 2005...then decided to take a break from all this.
I have been on birthcontrol sense, we went on a mini-four day vacation and forgot my pills...
When I got back from vacation (missing 3 days of pills), where of course we had unprotected bd, I started taking the pack again and I had of course been spotting...I would be on the 13th day of pills (I know you can ovulate anytime within 7 days of missing pills)but I stop taking them last night and all spotting STOPPED!! and yesterday morning I work up at 5 AM to vomit...NOTHING, I had nothing in my stomach. I drank a little water then I vomited that..when I was pregnant last year I was vomiting ALL the time (even when I had nothing in my stomach) I was even vomiting in the begining of the pregnancy before my missed period...but not as frequently...so I was wondering if it is possible that I could have gotten pregnant and I am already showing signs? I have head aches, my breasts are showing viens (they feel weird but not sore), and I am EXHAUSTED, lose bowel movements (which happened last time I was pregnant)...and I feel a little off(but not flu sick) Could this be from the missed pills or is there a possiblity I could I have convieced and I am already having sympotons?
We were thinking about ttc after this month..making this our last month of pills...I stopped taking the pills last night a just in case I am pregnant...I just want to see if this has happened to anyone else?? Or if I am completely NUTS!!!

No I don't think you are! You get spotting when you miss 2-3 pills because it thinks it your break. so whenever you miss any pills it think its time to bleed.
I threw up the other night 3 times and went dizzy. I nearly threw up 2 nights after that happened. If your having a break from trying then start taking your pills properly. Use protection. I went through what you did on my last pill. I've changed my pill now.

It definetly could happen! even by missing one pill! I would quit taking the pills for sure since your planning to ttc next month anyway Hopefully its already happened! good luck!
I've heard of it happening,but I'm not sure.. you may wanna play it safe and stop takeing your pills and unless you WANT a baby dont have unprotected sex untill you start your pills again
[unless of course you find out you are preg.] but in the mean-time wait a little while and take a at-home and she what the results are. Thats just my opinion :-) Hope everything works for the best!
