I'm Pregnant After having Tubal 4 years ago! HOW?,More questions ....

I was just told tady that i am pregnant,i had all the signs and sypmtoms but i didnt pay attention to them,same as pms which is late too Feb,09 was my last one any how i didnt think i was, Until my breast started leaking colostrum,I thought cuz of it leaking,That i had cancer or something else,But i went&took a
p-test it was neg, Then I went to the Plannedparenthood and it was neg too...They did a blood test and called me this afternoon,telling me to come back in,i just got home and you now know what i know,i had a Tubal Ligation in Sept,4 2001 after my daughter was born,Her dad used to abuse me and said if i didnt do it he'd kill me.So dumb/silly me,i did it but left him afterwards even thou i never wanted to do it, anyhow my mess,I am a mother of 5 girls also but,i am fixing to get them undone..Im happy to be pregnant but how is it that im preg & how will i know if its NOT Ectopic,whats my Chances and how come i am Leaking Soo soon? i am only around 3-5 weeks they say! Maybe, nut i am not schedual for a untrasound this firday. please help me!TY all in advance!

Pretty rare but not unheard of.  You will have ultrasounds to try to determine where the pregnancy is.  If ectopic, there are often meds that can be given to disolve the pregnancy, sometimes surgery must be done.
