I'm not eating right

I am 15 years old and not pregnant! I get hungry and i can't eat anything because nothing sounds good and it grosses me out to even try. Normally i eat A LOT! And i eat everything! Why is this happening? Its been about 2 or 3 days like this.

uhm, no im not on the pill. But i have been really stressed out and having anxiety attacks and i didn't even think that would be a reason why i wasn't eating right.. Its getting better though so i'm eating a little better. Thank you so much! Your response helped quite a bit!

Are you on the pill? If so it could be why you are feeling this way, sometimes some birth control pills will make a woman's body think it's pregnant and you will have some pregnancy symptoms.
If not, then are you stressed about something, or depressed, the reason why I ask is because I was really depressed and stressed out cuz I thought that I had an undiagnosed STD (turns out in clean) but I would be really hungry but when I saw the food it just didn't look appealing at all and I wouldnt eat. Once I got the good news I was able to eat normally again!
