I've got period till yet and I've alot of pain in abdominal back and pelvic area.and nausea and headache I got my first period when I was of 10. What can be the reason of severe pain but no periods. Well, women are late all the time for a variety of reasons.  Things like illness, yes, kidney stones count, stress, weight gain or loss, changes in routine, etc. can all affect things. You could have a simple cyst on your ovaries too which would account for the pains --  most women get those from time to time too and they pass on their own.  OR you are just getting cramps prior to your period.  If you don't get it soon, check in with your doctor so he/she can measure your hormone levels. good luck
