Is it normal to keep picking at my face

I have this obsession with tweezing my facial and neck hairs. I do it to the point where I will pick a hole in my neck or face where it bleeds to get to the hair to pull it out. Its like I can't stop, I even do it at work. How do I stop this?

Sounds a bit compulsive in nature. Are you an anxious person?  If you are doing something that hurts your face, the obvious answer is to stop doing it.  If you can't, then you should talk to your doctor about a compulsive habit.  Try a rubber band on your wrist and when you feel like going and picking at your face, snap the rubber band to remind yourself that NOPE, not doing it. good luck
