Hi there and welcome. While we can't diagnose anyone on the internet, I WILL say that what you are describing sounds like a yeast infection. That is basically an overgrowth of yeast in the vagina. Causes itching, swelling, pain if you itch a lot as well as stinging, thick discharge that is white to light yellow sometimes with twinges of blood mixed in, often very clumpy.
