Small skin colour painless lump between anus and vagina.

Hi, I'm a 19 year old girl not sexually active and about two weeks ago I noticed a skin coloured bump between my vagina and anus which doesn't hurt and kinda goes from squishy to hard all the time, also it's noticable when I close my legs but stretches out if I open them.I was wondering if this is normal or has anyone else had this and could help me figure out what it is. I haven't told anyone about it because I wanted to wait and see if it would just go away but this is 2 weeks after and I'm really scared.
Thanks
J
