Just getting advice

Has anyone had implantation bleeding and been diagnosed with endometriosis and had negative hpt results but still been pregnant?

I'm 22 yrs old, weigh 115, always had a regular cycle (28 days). I have a huge possibility of having endometriosis, but never been diagnosed with it. It runs in my family and I have severe cramping with my periods and pain during sex. My family doctor said it's most likely that I do have it.

My last period (July 8th) was extremely light for me and wayyy too short for me. It only last 3 days when I normally last 6 days. The day after the "bleeding" started I got extremely nauseous which never happens with a period. Ever since I've been experiencing nausea, diarrhea, constipation, headaches, slight cramping, lower abdominal pain, had a runny nose for only 3 days, lower back aches, and leg cramps around my groin area. I have taken 4 hpt all negative and 1 lab urine test which came back negative. I am beyond worried that something could be wrong. I don't know if I'm pregnant or if something is really wrong with me. I don't have the money to go to a gyno, and my local health department does not do blood test. So I'm just looking for advice.

I got a blood test done today and it was negative :/
If I miss my period for August I'll know something is definitely wrong.

I am going to a family doctor tomorrow to see what they think. Since I don't have insurance or money I can't see a gynecologist yet. Hopefully this doctor sends me to have a blood test.
Still today I'm experiencing nausea and everything else. I haven't tested since last week.

Hello,
At the early stage of pregnancy, the level of circulating HCG may still be low to be detected by routine urine pregnancy test. But you can do a serum pregnancy test (more sensitive than urine pregnancy test) to know the exact level of your HCG 1-2 weeks after ovulation or after a missed period. However, it will be better if you seek consult to an OB-GYNE specialist so you will be thoroughly assessed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
