I don't want to get pregnant

I am 24 years old and I am newlywed and I don't want to get pregnant, so I just want to know what is the best method for do not become pregnant

Comdoms are 100% effective, when used correctly ;) I agree that they can break of course. The IUD is also very effective, however the pill, when forgotten once, makes you fertile for 7 days afterwards.
You can always go for the shots of course.

Condoms are not 100% effective.  For much better success rates, IUD or the Pill.

Use a condom when having sex with your husband. That's the best method. For any other good birth control methods, please see your doctor, they can advise you the best.

I would discuss this with your gynecologist or doctor, who will know more of your medical history than anyone online.  There are things like the pill (if you do this, set a cell phone alarm and keep them with you at all times in case you don't get home in time to take them on time), the depo shot, the patch, etc., etc.
