Just started Birth control

I just started birth control last month my period was late by 4 days and it only lasted 4 days very light usually I last 6 or 7 days and it's way heavy is that normal for birth control to do that?

Yes! Your period is trying to regulate with the the birth control and it's common for your period to be a little irregular before it gets on the right track!

It takes about 2 or 3 months for your body to grt used to the birthcontrol. My periods were all over the place the first few months. It made me have a 26 day period and I had 2 light ones a Month sometimes to.  Don't freak out.  You just need to give your body time to get used to the bc. :)
