Pea sized lump moveable on bikini line

I have noticed pain with underwear rubbing on my bikini line inside my left thigh where the thigh meets the pubic bone. When I went to touch to see what was wrong, I felt a pea sized lump a little sore to the touch but it was able to move and under the skin; i shave once a week or so down there so I am not sure what it could be. Please help as I really don’t want to go the doctor and I’m panicking so I can’t sleep and I have work early :(
