Leaking Urine?

Hello, I'm a 19 year old girl and ever since April I've been dealing with uncomfortable symptoms down there. The worst has been what I thought was vaginal discharge causing constant wetness to the point where I'm soaking through my clothes. I feel very wet and in my vaginal area and also moist between my butt cheeks and it's as horrible as it sounds, it makes me feel very uncomfortable.

I've been to the doctors been tested for BV/Yeast infection, results came back clear. I know I can't have a STD because I'm not sexually active nor been involved in any intimate situation in which I could contract one. The doctor tried to do a PH test on me and told me she couldn't because there was no discharge despite this I felt very wet.

I'm starting to wonder if it could be related to leaking urine, the "discharge" smells like ammonia, it burns when I urinate and it's quite painful and it could explain why I'm feeling so wet. My skin down there, especially my labia is dry and sore, could urine also do this? I'm only 19 and my mother says it's not typical for people as young as me to have a leaky bladder but it's the only thing I can think that may be causing this.

Can anyone help? Has anyone had this too and could give me any advice? I'd really appreciate it as I'm really struggling with this.

For strengthening  pelvic floor, kegel exercises are usually suggested.Repeated contraction and relaxation of perineum is also helpful. you may google these phrases to know the details.

Hi there and welcome.  I'm really sorry to hear you are having these difficulties.  It's so hard to say just from your description but it does sound like a plausible possibility.  I think it is worth a suggestion to the doctor to look into this.  You are right, you are young for that issue, but never say never.

Do you have an increase in leakage when you do something like a jumping jack?  Sometimes women have weakened pelvic floor muscles too which create the leakage of urine.

I think you need to go back to the doctor to look at
