Lower Abdominal Movement

I am 18 years old and lately I have been getting lower abdominal movement, as if a baby were moving inside of me. It happens randomly throughout the day, and last for a couple of seconds with no pain. It's weird because this has never happened before. Do you have any ideas of what this might be?

Yes it's been a few months since my last period and sometimes when I lay down I can feel a lump in my stomavh, I've looked at pictures of peoples pregnant bellies and it looks a little similar to mine when I lay down, I'm actually very nervous to take a pregnancy test

it could just be gas. With a first pregnancy it usually takes a while to start feeling movement. Have you missed a period or had any other symptoms. In my first pregnancy I think I was like 20weeks when I started feeling movement.
