should I be worried?

So I am going to the doctor's this coming Friday September 21st and I'm going there to get a Pap smear my vagina check because I mean I've been having I believe I've been having these moles are flat black you know dark moles on my vagina area my anus area and they're all. Anyways I started to have concerns because I've been looking up all these different diseases and I have not experienced any of those symptoms from I don't think I have HIV or I don't think I have herpes or genital warts I mean hope I hope I don't but I have been sexually active in the past like you know within 2 years ago so it's been awhile since I had sex vaginal but I can save my I had anus before like in the beginning of the 2018 but I've been having those those moles on my anus for the longest time I mean I don't know I'm just I'm just go get this test but should I be worried for any results from the test just in case?

Try not to worry. They could be just freckles, they do happen even in the nether regions.

Also, if they are really moles, a dermatologist might be the right kind of doctor to assess them, rather than an ob/gyn.
