i am 15 years old never had sex. notcied a big lump on the right hand side of the outside of my vagina. thought it was spot but sort of thought that it is too big to be a spot down there. im worried that it might be cancer as i browsed thorugh some vaginal cancer websites. sypmtoms included lumps. im really worried about it and dont know what  to do.
