Lump on vagina?

I have a lump on the inside of my vagina lip that has been there for 2 days. It isn`t discolored and it isn`t growing, but its hard and it hurts when pressure is applied to it. My boyfriend was tested not even a couple of weeks ago and I went with him, and he is clean. He is the only guy i have ever slept with. Should i be worried about him cheating? Should i go to the doctor? Or is it just a pimple? I tried to pop it but there is no head and i`m currently putting an antibiotic on it.

Do not even try to pop it cos you are gonna cause more damage than good. It could be bartholin cyst. I had it before, it get swollen by the day which does not make me walk properly. But with the antibiotics, its gonna have a head where the liquid will pop out. And after it burst, you have to squeeze it well so every liquid should be out. Warning, its gonna be painful but u have to do it so it does not come the second time cos the first time i had it, i didnt squeeze them all out so it resurfaced again. After u remove every liquid in it, when u want to pee, its gonna really hurt but its good cos the urine will burn the face of the wound and let it dry.
i hope i've helped u enough

Go see a gynecologist. It could be something as simple as an inflamed/infected follicle. But you probably want to make sure it's nothing contagious. BTW, I doubt a topical like neosporin will help unless there is an open wound. If it is an inflamed follicle you can put a warm compress to help pop it. Squeezing can make it worse if that's the cause. Good luck!
