MY VAGINA IS EXTREMELY IN TROUBLE...

i am experiencing lots of itching in my private area.. and it seems to have a worse affect during my montlly cycle. i do wear tampons should i not? i am in so much pain as we speak on my lips of the vagina on the entire outside of the vagina really i might as well say. don't know what it is other than extremely painful, can't hardly urinate without fainting, taking a shower or bath is defineity out of the picture.. its absolutly a sensation i never thought i would have to experience, the best way to describe it is it feels as if i have a complete mound of fire ants on my vagina and it has a really crazy look to it.. i mean it has something that looks like it has been mutalated with a saugage grinder..lol anyways what can i do for this doc? i need some relief quickly I AM MISERABLE !!!!

What you have described sounds like  thrush. This is where you have itching and soreness around the entrance of the vagina and also pain when urinating. If this is the first time you have had this then it is best to go see your doctor. Alternatively, you could also speak to your pharmacist who should be able to provide you with medication.
This is not an embarrassing and is common amongst women.

Honey, you have an infection, but what kind can't be guessed on the Internet.  You could try an over-the-counter medication for yeast infections, but if you guess wrong you will waste so much time.  I would go to the doctor immediately if you cannot urinate without fainting.
