wow, I'm completely amazed that hart2hart has made such wonderful friends in the last few days.  I've been coming to this forum for many months and I really enjoy alot of you but still don't feel like I'm one of the group.  

Also I find it really rude for hart2hart to bring up sailors wife
to try and make her look bad.  I really enjoy sailors wife and hope she is back on here soon.

I'm from WV. I don't know why some don't get along. I try to get along with everybody, but like anything in life , sometimes it's hard. Don't listen to that about sailors wife. she is a lot of fun and a really good person. She's not scared to come on, she's been busy. I don't know why Hart2hart opened that can of worms back up, just ignore it.  I guess I was in on that one too. i got rubbed the wrong way on a few comments. Oh well, life goes on. Sorry your boob's are sore. Are you sure your not ovulating? I know my boob's feel like their gonna fall off that time of the month. I hopeyou get to feelin better!!!!

hi and welcome!  the women on this forum are great and have lots of information they can share.  yeah, there are tiffs now and then, but it blows over if people allow it to.  just for background, there were a few days when people were a little testy because there had been a few fake posters stirring up people's emotions.  it left some wondering who else was "fake".  i think everyone is cool now.

I seriously doubt that Sailor's Wife isn't logging on because she's afraid to cmoe back...if she's like me, with the kids home on the weekends, and family stuff to do, I'm just not on the computer on Sat's and Sun's.  She doesn't scare easily, and it would take a whole lot more than any of this to threaten her.

She'll be back, with trails blazin' I'm sure.

Hart, you seem to have made some really fast friends around here.  Gosh, I was on this site for a few months before I had such close friends.  I mean, pertykitty and hottkychick (sorry I forgot those names exactly) seem to be extrememly companionable for you.  I'm so glad that you finally found the people that you're interested in speaking with.  Sometimes you just have to have "kindred spirits" in order to truly get along with someone.  I'm excited for you.  You better be careful, though...pertykitty is getting a jump on you for posting first on new threads.  You'd better not let someone usurp your position!! (lol)

i had a rat as a pet. i was told to use baby shampoo. she loved her bath. she loved to be dried off. i miss her.

I have owned two pet rats, two hamsters and now have two cats.  I loved my rats but there is no way I would/could have given those guys a bath.  I got them at a few months old so they werent as tame as they could have been and one of them used to get very territorial when I went to change his cage. He would actually "puff up" (like a sacred cat will) and would chase me around the room and even bit me once.  Eventually, I decided to put him in the other room while I cleaned his cage but he would get really mad when he came back into the room LOL.
My cats are bathed every couple of weeks, usually by me, and they absolutely hate it.  For about a week after their bath they wont even go into the bathroom when I'm in there.  The kitties are living with my husband right now but I get to see them over thanksgiving ;)

oh, sailors not that bad. Ya just got to get to know her. She can get a little spunky, but she's usually a really good person. She also has good information. We're all from different part's of the world. We can't always get along all the time. We're women for peat's sake! Don't scare the newbies off. They sound pretty nice.

Of course I know where Rolla is!  That is the halfway point between St. Charles and the Lake of the Ozarks!  
Yes, the campaign is sooo irritating, and they call me too!  I can't wait until it is over!
I did get to go to the World Series game on Tues. night, which was nice!  My girlfriend works for Sony, and they gave her 2 tickets for each World Series St. Louis games, and she took me one night!  (thank God, because I couldn't afford to blow hundreds in one night!)
I get into sports, because we own a sports bar and restaurant in St. Charles, and when our teams do well...we are busier...which means more money!!! Nice day today, huh? Sunday is supposed to be like 74!  Kinda nice after that freeze out all week...yuck!
I hate it when it is nasty outside, the kids stay in the house and tear it up!  Who cares if they trash the backyard!  Take care!

I'm in Rolla but you may need map to locate this town!  Its in the middle of the state and about 100 miles from St Louis.  
Are you being driven crazy by this whole Clare McCaskil/Jim Talent senate race?  The ads on tv are just awful - it should be illegal to run smear campains (it is in NZ).
I'm not a big baseball fan but I take it you are.  Have you made it to any of the games?  I guess if you dont have a ticket you can buy one on ebay for $1500!
