Monthly

I'm having really bad gas and should be that time of the month soon.. Could this be why?

Yup, it's pretty common. Just keep in mind that there are normal amounts of gas and abnormal. If it starts causing pain or fetal position kind of discomfort I suggest making an appointment with a gyn. Otherwise, I just think of it as part of the package.

Yea I guess if it's common for other people then I guess its okay.. I'm to the point now that I wish I would just start so I would feel better..

My friends and I all have a similar thing. Bad gas around the time of menstruation. One of the guys calls it "period gas". I believe it has to do with the hormonal changes occurring around the time of a period-although this is kind of a guess.
