My health

I'm 44 yrs old, and I've been having strange pains on the left side of my body. It started with my waist left side and by my elbow, I don't have a lot of strenght on that arm as everytime I tried to pick up something it hurts. And now I've been having this burning sensation on the left side of my eye and my arm and also a pain by my chest, but it feels more like bone pain than anything else, i've been having spasms often on that makes it hard to breath, and yesterday i took my bloor pressure in one of those machines at target and my blood pressure was 54 by 87. I'm very concern. What could it be? I've been healthy all my life. I'm active physicly and i'm 44, 5'3 and weight about 130 lbs.

I would get my butt to the doctor asap. As I am sure you know that these can also be signs of a heart attack. Age really is not a factor or even how physical you are. Heart attacks don't just happen to over weight people who smoke and drink. It would not be a chance worth taking so get to the doctor now.

Are you taking calcium and vitamin D?  It can help with bone pain.  I'd also talk to your doc about the blood pressure.  That's low.
