PMS Symptoms - how can they be eased naturally?

I would say for a year now, 10 - 12 days before my period, I feel the following way: anxious, tired, restless, cold, not in the mood for anything, i can't sleep at night, i usually have circles under my eyes, crampy/stomach aches, I have diarrhea like symptoms that all go away the day after I get my period.

I'm in my mid thirties and I have been feeling like this for about two years now. I weigh 112 pounds at 5'4 tall, not a big eater but a healthy one. I dont even have the desire to work out. I force myself to be active during this time but I'm not always successful at that.

Then it goes away the day after my period and I'm fine. Also, I feel my worst during November - March. Is it because of no sun? What can I do to help meself? Also, I have been diagnosed with a slight underactive thyroid that fluctuates as well, and is really at its worst during the late fall/winter months. Is this the reason why?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These can be due to premenstrual symptoms. For these, drink plenty of water to maintain the hydration levels. Further, avoid eating any junk food or oily, spicy food, fatty foods, sugary foods, dairy products, caffeine, beans, raw vegetables, raw fruits, broccoli, corn, cabbage, cauliflower and alcohol until the symptoms subside.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
