It could be a groin pull. Here is a video I found might be helpful because I believe I have the same problem even though I'm a guy. Look up on Youtube:

Thank you very much. I am a major hypochondriac! haha. I am not really concerned there is something there now, but it does still hurt in certain spots. Maybe I just pulled a muscle...most likely. Thanks for your help.
I'd listen to your mother. It sounds as if you're a bit of a hypochondriac, and self-diagnosis isn't ever a smart idea. If the problem continues to upset you, go sit down with a doctor and discuss it. But it really doesn't sound like anything except anxiety or paranoia to me.
The first time I had lymph node fears, yes. He told me there was nothing wrong and it stopped. I have no discussed this one though because I just found it yesterday. It was not bothering me at all, then I started looking for them, and now they hurt and so does my entire leg. My mother said she feels nothing, but I don't know. I'm still scared.
I'm going with paranoid as always.
Have you every discussed all these things with a real doctor, rather than with us normal, average people?
