Any discoloration in the vulvar area needs to be looked at promptly.
try calling something like planned parenthood because you really need to get those looked at.
It's important that you do get this checked out. I had a very close friend of mine with the same sypmtoms and it turned out that her partner had given her gential Warts in which had to be frozen. When it comes to your health you should not delay. I undertand that you don't have insurance but there are plenty of free clinics avaiable, you should google some close to where you live.
i'm not a doctor, but it sounds like you need to be seen asap. look in your phone directory and try to find a free clinic or something to that effect. If this has been going on as long as you say it has, it's probably unlikely to clear up on it's own. I hope everything works out.
Have these lesions been there for 2 months straight or have they come and gone? Any time you have genital sores for the first time you have to go to a doctor. There should be affordable healthcare facilities nearby, use google. If not, please go to the emergency room. It may be expensive, but u wont be billed til later and they cannot turn you away for not having insurance. Dont delay.
