PMS problems

I am currently in my early 30s, I have never had PMS when getting periods before, however in the past few months, I have been getting PMS, cramps, sore breasts and back pain, and they keep getting worse every month. My periods have become irregular also in the past 2 years. Has anybody experienced the same?

Okay.  Well, I would get a full screening of your hormones.   Something is making your period irregular.  That is most likely involved.

I've had PMS show up, go away, show up again off and on in my life (now past my 30's).  Our hormones shift and can even get imbalanced which causes this (also the irregular cycles).  I would go to your OB/GYN and have some blood work done to show your hormone levels as well as your thyroid function.  Then if something is out of whack, they can right it.  Have you already had kiddos or is this something you'd like to do in the near future?  (or not at all).

I had my thyroid checked when I started getting irregular and sometimes heavy periods, fortunately the results came out normal. I don't have kids yet, maybe in the future.
