Pelvic Congestion

I have increased vascularity in the left adnexal region. The ultrasound said it could be pelvic congestion. What is this? How do they treat it? I have lower left pain that is dull, but always there. I also have IBS. Could they be related? Could this be something other than pelvic congestion? Who should I see for this?

See a vascular interventional radiologist. I went to 39 drs before being diagnosed. Then I went to see a vascular interventional radiologist and he told me I need a vein embolization. Just had it two days ago, so we will see how things go. Please, listen to me...find an experienced one. One who is familiar with pelvic congestion. Let me know how it goes.
