Period Bumps

A couple of days before my period I always get these painful, kind of hard bumps near my vagina. They last a couple of days after my periods, and they always appear in the same area. I started to lose hair in that area. I recently check in my mirror, and I notice that where the previous bumps were at my skin look like raisin.
