Period after one missed pill

I went on nordette bcp to regulate my period. After my period on the first month i started a new pack but stopped 6 days into the pack cause i kept forgetting to take it. I had unprotected sex for two days. One day i took the pill(last day) next day no pill. I am spotting today after essentially one missed pill...could i still get pregnant if im spotting?

it is not available in my country and i wasn't going to start ttc until next month but realised i was fertile on that day and wanted to go on and try. I misplaced the packet i was using from so thought no time like the present! I only spotted brown that one day and just one time in the morning. Nothing since.

When you miss your bcp, then it is possible to get pregnant. If your ttc why are you on bcp? I understand you wanted to control your period, but taking it on certain days is not going to help. If your not ttc have you thought about an IUD so you dont have to remember about it?
