Plz help

I have been sick for about 5 yrs it started with itchy head n body ears n nose got infected n eatn up n my neck on the back right side hurt so bad n I cud barely move it..Sence then I got a lump back there its not hurtn much but if touched n played with I get massive migraines n throw up..my skin is itchy n feels like bugs or something active n lively movement .dr said only think possible is lice or scabies n I have neither. My head is sore n bruised feeling in sots all over I get weird bone grinding sound n now get a poping noise.night time it crawls alot plus feels like pressure n release motion in head .I feel like im crazy n dr said cud be nerves like when u take cold Meds but its not warm itchy feeling I get when or like when take cold pills. So I no its not nerves.one dr told me it is staff when I told him bout itchy crawly crab feeling n popping noises n looks Luke old dried food popping of head but he Cudnt treat me cuz was at the hospital for other reasons..I have a cough alot n my ears n nose healed up but I get itchy n crawly feeling in them n extreme pain n when I feel in them there's a trench n slits n feels like sharp bones or something sticking up . I am really heaving a hard time coping with all this n bone n musle pain all over my body n sweat alot n low grade fevers I feel so sick all the time n I went in for ct scan n a nodule was found in my lung but they did another one a month layer but without the dye n it didn't show up. My lymph node on back of neck been swollen all this time bit only did a ct scan n a ultrasound but Cudnt c nuttn so I am just so miserable n confused n really feeling crazy with these itchy crawling crab cooties. Smoke n dark make them worse un less its just I notice them overwhelming n unbearable but they move almost all the time its just not normal I just don't understand what's happened to me .I get tiny moles or freckles that have black dots all over them they come n go my skin looks as if I've been burnt cuz of the discoloration n sores n green scabs from sores plus florescent green stools green plaque in mouth for bout 9 months straight now myceyes feel like sandpaper n full of gunk alot stuff stuck in my nose all the time. I just don't get this n itschard to function so plz look past all my crazy talk n help if u can plz..thanks for ur time n sorryvif I ramble or misspelled alot am on my cell phone n it doesn't show all I typed so I no its out of ordered n rambled but hopefully u can make Sence of it if that's even possible I no it don't sound normal to me n kinda skitzo like n im sorry I just wanted to get everything wrote down n not miss symptoms

Well the feelings of bugs is very commonly associated with problems in the brain itself that usually manifest as a mental illness like schizophrenia. (Although not always) But that is why they are so quick to jump to psychological problems. The tiniest thing goes off in a brain and it will give a person the strangest sensations that have nothing to do with whatever is actually physically touching them. Like I said, not always the case, but that is why they're so quick to jump to a mental issue.

Also, while many people do carry staph as part of their normal bacteria on their skin.. it's not uncommon for someone who is using drugs like meth to experience sores on their skin before a regular healthy person. Which is why they may assume drugs.

Have you gotten an HIV test? Not meaning to assume anything or scare you but some people only realize they have HIV/AIDs after they start developing many infections and sores. So if you haven't ruled it out you may want to look into it.

About 4 yrs ago I went to emergency room from a car accident n I mentioned the sores n asked if im crazy or if its possible to have these symptoms n old food like stuff that pops off my head n the dr said no ur not crazy I've seen it alot lately its a staff infection but ur here for another reason so I can't help u..we were on vacation at my daddy bout 12n hrs away from where we live..I've called several times to get hold of that dr but have had no luck gettn him to call back

Its ok n ya I take tons of vitamins n prescription potassium because my body don't absorb water or liquids..n they just give me antibiotics for sores..n I can't get a dr to listen cuz of the craziness of it all n could be nerves but its more lively then nerves my hair actually moves n feels like a bug flipping n flopping to get out but then once again if u mention bugs u r labeled as a skitzo..im just so frustrated..I had a dr take a q tip sample of the sore n test for staff n it came back positive but he said everyone has staff on there skin..now my drs r getting the itchy n crawlies n the boils that resemble white moles we have an appt on Monday to get them froze off think the drs gonna be shocked cuz ones gone n left scar n the other burst n the top half is gone ..I just can't get any help at all cuz I sound crazy or a druggy explaining them its horrible :'(

Ok I think I just misunderstood you. I replied when I was kind of tired so it made even less sense. :D Maybe you should get tested for allergies. It's possible to have allergic reactions to your water, especially if it's a 'heavy" water that contains a lot of metals. So if you have the reaction only after you shower or are around water, maybe it could be a possibility. Have you had a doctor take a look at the sores? Also your nails sound troublesome. Have you looked into vitamin deficiencies or something else which could cause nail problems?

Yea I do ramble.as I don't wana leave anything out..il have to get on a computer n rewrite it.it doesn't show on my phone when I type n after I posted it I could read it n yes it was very bad.n I do no it does sound like im skitzo or drugy but the symptoms totally out power nerves n skitzo.I get sores n my ears n nose n mouth get them also n if I shower when i get out it's as if I've scrubbed myself raw or have a really bad sunburn..I get alot of boils almost like zits or moles n they don't have a whitehead to pop them they finally burst them selves after along time n leave chicken pox scars. I get black dots that r under my nails but up in the middle n they grow to look like a sliver under the nail. I just really exhausted I wish It cud be so easy to say its nerves or that im nuts n believe me I've tried..:'(

It does sound like something serious is going on and you need to keep on your doctor to figure out the cause.

Out of curiosity have you had a psychological evaluation? I did get a little lost in your writing, but it almost sounded like you were explaining a hallucination. I'm unsure but it may be possible that untreated psychological issues can cause feelings of pins needles and crawling on your skin. If your doctor cannot think of any other cause for the crawling, itchy feeling you may want to consider a non physical cause such as a psychological or nerve issue.
