Heavy Period

And I'm back with a kind of awkward topic. I'm almost 14 now and I started getting my period September of 2015. I haven't missed any and they have all come at the same time and quite light, but of course, this one is different. Where I am, it is now Wednesday and it started coming back Saturday. I am a little worried as it is now just constant bleeding and I can't figure out how to stop it. I have to changed pads every 2-3 hours because it's just so heavy. What should I do?

Having a heavy period is normal, drink lots of water, try walking for 30 min everyday and just remember to change when you need to

Okay, thank you. I was just kind of worried because when I say it's constant I mean it won't stop no matter the time and because I'm at school all this week (except today) I'm scared it might show through or something.
