Random red splotch on vagina lips

I havnt had sex for a week, didn’t use a condom, nothin  has happened since then, last night I had some hand action from both me and a partner, when I got home I noticed a red splotch, almost looking like a spider bite on the very edge of my vagina lip? Could it be a bug bite? I was in the forest earlier wearing a skirt so it could be a mosquito bite, I shave there every day, so maybe it’s an ingrown hair? But it’s not a bump it’s just a red spot, almost crimson, or could it just be over touched? Irritation?
