happy birthday did you try a hot pack? or a hot water bottle? maybe you need to take something to release some gas...try to have your mom get some tumbs...maybe its just gas..
u need to go check a doctor, i guess having no bleeding is a good sign but u still need to go check just to make nothing is happening .
