Reason for Irregular menstrual cycle
I am 29 years old. I had my first menstrual cycle when i was 16. My menstrual period is 30 to 35 days. I bleed only for 3 days. I am from India. One month back I come to China before coming i had typide and took medicine too. I continued the medicine in china also for 1 day. Last month Feb 14, i bled but this month when i come to China 4th March i slightly noticed white blood and red colored blood. It was very less just while wiping after pee i saw. It was for 3 to 4 days. I too experienced some pain while pee not extrem. I didnt take any medicine. I cleaned and changed underwear twice per day. But this month it is almost 40 days got over still i didnt bleed. I don't know what to do? I have a sensation over the place whenever i pee sometime. Any suggestion for me?
The stress of moving and culture change can affect the menstrual cycle. Could you possible have a urinary tract infection? Do you have burning when you urinate / pee?

Yes i have sensation while pee and more over sometime i see white blood too..
It would be a good idea to get checked for infection.
