Rubella IgM Negative

I went to checkup as I wanted to plan for pregnancy. I had some tests and today i got the test results. The test results show that Rubella IgG antibody was detected and Rubella IgM Negative. I am bit worried. I have appointment with the doc only after a week. Can someone explain me what this means and wat shd i be doing?

Don't worry, it means that you have been vaccinated against rubella and are immune to it. It's a good thing. Good luck with ttc!
