pregancy after 51 with tubes tied and burnt
I am a 51 year old I had a tuble 13 years ago I had regular periods until four months ago I spotted last month My brests are tender and my stomach looks like I am pregnant my tubes were burnt also should I take a pregency test I am very worried I have had a kidney infection but the doctor said that would not cause my stomach to swell I also had a pap test around five months ago everything seemed normal.
If you are sexually active, anything is possible. I've heard of the tubes fusing it's way back together or a pregnancy implanting itself somewhere else in the body. I hate to ask because I don't want to offend, but you mentioned your last regular menstrual was 4 months ago--do you think you could be going through 'the change?'

You may as well take a pregnancy test, to rule out the possibility. At your age, it would be unusual, but if you are concerned, tests are cheap.
